Cottonwood Spirit Ranch is a unique property that offers 15 acres of unspoiled nature, along with modern amenities. Our guests can comfortably relax in seclusion or entertain together on our covered decks. Immerse yourself in our beautiful treed meadows, with multiple creeks and ponds, or soak in the hot tub, listening to songbirds. Roast marshmallows in our Tipi or chill out in hammocks and hanging chairs. Enjoy wildlife daily!
Buena Vista has charming shops, restaurants, live music venues and much more. Enjoy the Arkansas River, Mt. Princeton Hot Springs, Cottonwood Pass, Browns Canyon National Monument and plenty of other public lands in the Rocky Mountains. Summer fun includes the best places for mountain biking, white water rafting, mountain climbing, Jeeping, hiking or fishing. Winter guests can visit several ski resorts less than an hour away, or try snowmobiling or snow shoeing. There’s plenty of festivals, parades and activities all year and of course, lots of activities for kids.
For slumber, we offer 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, & 2 twin beds, to sleep 6 adults comfortably. We also have 2 full-size Cabelas cots with comfy pads, a full length leather sofa, a Pack N Play and plenty of pillows and blankets.
Additional amenities include unlimited WiFi, 6 flat screen TV’s, with Dish Network & 2 DVR’s to record stuff while you’re out having fun. We also have a cozy wood stove, a dining table that seats 10, a fully equipped chef’s kitchen and laundry room. We provide fresh eggs to all guests and sell organic beef for those who are interested.
Outdoors, we provide a Bluetooth speaker system under our covered decks, that overlooks our beautiful meadows. There’s a private outdoor shower, 6 person hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and oodles of hummingbirds. In the meadows, there’s a really cool Tipi with seating and fire pit. There’s another fire pit near one of the streams, with seating. We provide plenty of firewood. We have ample parking for large vehicles or trailers.
